Plans

Asan CRM offers three plans designed for solo agents, growing teams, and brokerages. Every plan includes your first US or Canadian phone number free.

Not sure which plan is right? Start with Pro — it covers most solo agents and small teams. You can upgrade to Business any time if you need custom roles or priority support.

Viewing your usage

The Billing page shows your current plan name and a set of progress bars for each metered resource:

Progress bars turn orange at 80% and red at 95% so you can top up your wallet or upgrade before hitting the cap.

Usage resets on the same day each month as your subscription start date. You can find the exact reset date at the top of the Billing page.

Upgrading your plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing. Your current plan is displayed at the top of the page.
  2. Click Upgrade. A modal shows the available plans above your current tier.
  3. Select a plan and confirm. The upgrade takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

All your data, leads, recordings, and settings carry over. New plan limits apply instantly — if you were capped on voice minutes, they become available again right away.

Downgrading your plan

You can downgrade from Business to Pro, or from Pro to Free:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan and select a lower tier.
  3. Confirm the downgrade. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep your current plan's limits until then.
If you have more leads or team members than the lower plan allows, you will need to archive leads or remove team members before the downgrade activates.

Cancelling your subscription

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm cancellation. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, it reverts to the Free plan.

Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation. During that window you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.

If you are cancelling because of a specific issue, contact support first — we may be able to help resolve it.

Frequently asked

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through Stripe. We do not currently support PayPal or wire transfers.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?+
Yes. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?+
Overage is automatically deducted from your wallet balance at per-unit rates. If your wallet is empty, overage features pause until you top up or upgrade.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Not at this time. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment.
Where can I find my invoices?+
Go to Settings → Billing and scroll to the Invoice History section. You can view or download a PDF for any past invoice.
Will I lose my data if I cancel?+
Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation. If you resubscribe within that window, everything is restored. After 30 days, data may be permanently removed.
