Weekly recap
Every Monday morning, Cori emails you a performance summary of the past week — wins, metrics, and one actionable improvement to focus on.
What you receive
The weekly recap is an email delivered to your inbox every Monday. It gives you a snapshot of the previous week's performance without having to log in and check dashboards. Cori highlights the most important numbers and calls out what went well and what can improve.
Metrics included

| New leads converted | Leads that moved from Cold to Warm or Hot status. |
| Missed follow-ups | Leads that were due for follow-up but did not receive one. |
| Average response time | How quickly you responded to inbound messages and inquiries. |
Win highlights and improvements
Beyond the raw numbers, Cori adds context:
- Biggest win — Cori picks the most notable achievement of the week (a closed deal, a high coaching score, a converted lead) and calls it out
- Week-over-week comparison — each metric shows an up or down arrow compared to the previous week, so you can see trends at a glance
- One actionable improvement — Cori identifies a single specific area to focus on next week (e.g., "Your follow-up rate dropped 15% — consider reviewing your Cori Agent queue daily")
Pay special attention to the week-over-week comparison arrows. Consistent improvement in one metric over several weeks is a strong indicator that a habit change is working.
Configuration
The weekly recap is enabled by default. You can adjust settings in:
- Go to Settings in the sidebar.
- Click Notification Preferences.
- Under Weekly Recap, you can:
- Toggle the recap on or off
- Change the delivery day (default: Monday)
- Change the delivery time (default: 8:00 AM in your timezone)
Frequently asked
What time does the recap email send?+
By default, the recap sends at 8:00 AM on Monday in your account's timezone. You can change both the day and time in Settings → Notification Preferences.
Can I get a team-wide recap?+
Managers and admins receive a team-level recap that aggregates metrics across all agents. Individual agents receive only their own performance data. The team recap includes a leaderboard showing top performers for the week.
Is the recap available in-app too?+
The weekly recap is delivered by email. For in-app performance data, use the Dashboard or Agent Reports, which show similar metrics in real time.
What if I did not work that week?+
If you had no activity during the week, Cori still sends a recap acknowledging the quiet week. It will highlight any leads that may need attention after the gap and suggest priorities for the upcoming week.
Can I see past recaps?+
Past recaps live in your email inbox. They are not stored in-app. If you need historical performance data, use the Agent Reports page which provides detailed analytics with custom date ranges.
