Bulk actions

Select multiple leads and act on them all at once — send emails, send SMS, update fields, or delete records in a single operation.

Selecting leads

  1. Go to the Leads table.
  2. Click the checkbox on the left side of each lead you want to include.
  3. To select all leads on the current page, click the checkbox in the table header.
  4. A bulk action toolbar appears at the top showing the count of selected leads.
Apply filters before selecting. For example, filter by status "Cold" and source "Facebook," then use Select All to grab every cold Facebook lead for a re-engagement campaign.

Available bulk actions

The toolbar shows the actions you can perform on your selection:

Bulk EmailCompose a single email that is sent individually to every selected lead. Merge fields (name, company) personalize each copy.
Bulk SMSCompose a text message sent to every selected lead's phone number.
Bulk EditUpdate one or more fields for all selected leads — status, source, assigned agent, or tags.
Bulk DeletePermanently remove all selected leads. Requires confirmation.

Sending bulk email

  1. Select the leads you want to email.
  2. Click Bulk Email in the toolbar.
  3. Compose your email using the rich text editor. Use merge fields like {{name}} and {{company}} to personalize.
  4. Optionally choose a saved template or ask Cori to draft the email.
  5. Click Send. Each lead receives an individual email — it is not a CC or BCC situation.
Bulk emails count toward your plan's email sending limit. Check your remaining email quota in Settings before sending to a large list.

Sending bulk SMS

  1. Select the leads you want to text.
  2. Click Bulk SMS in the toolbar.
  3. Compose your message. SMS are limited to 160 characters per segment.
  4. Click Send. Each lead receives an individual text message.

Leads without a phone number are skipped automatically.

Bulk editing fields

  1. Select the leads you want to update.
  2. Click Bulk Edit in the toolbar.
  3. Choose which field to update: status, source, assigned agent, or tags.
  4. Set the new value.
  5. Click Apply. All selected leads are updated immediately.
Bulk-editing a lead's status to a manual value pauses SMART auto-scoring for those leads. To re-enable, open each lead and click Reset to Auto.

Bulk deleting leads

  1. Select the leads you want to remove.
  2. Click Bulk Delete in the toolbar.
  3. A confirmation dialog shows the count of leads to be deleted.
  4. Type "DELETE" or click Confirm to proceed.
Bulk delete is permanent. Deleted leads and their activity history (calls, emails, notes) cannot be recovered. Export your data first if you need a backup.

Frequently asked

Is there a limit on how many leads I can select?+
You can select all leads on the current page. For very large operations, apply filters to work in batches.
Can I undo a bulk action?+
Bulk edits (status, agent, tags) can be reversed with another bulk edit. Bulk emails and SMS cannot be unsent. Bulk deletes are permanent.
Do bulk emails send from my email address?+
Yes. Bulk emails are sent from the email address configured in your Email Settings (SMTP or SendGrid).
Can I add tags in bulk?+
Yes. Use Bulk Edit and select the Tags field. You can add tags to all selected leads without removing their existing tags.
