What Cori can do
Cori understands natural language and can perform real actions in your CRM. Here is what she can help with:
| Example prompt | What Cori does |
|---|---|
| "Draft a follow-up email to Sarah about the property on Oak Street" | Writes a personalized email using the lead's context and conversation history |
| "Send a text to John saying I'm running 10 minutes late" | Drafts an SMS and shows it for your approval before sending |
| "Create a new lead: Mike Chen, 416-555-1234, interested in selling" | Creates the lead record with the provided details |
| "Book a meeting with Lisa for tomorrow at 2pm" | Creates a calendar event and links it to the lead |
| "Move all my cold leads from last month to Nurture" | Updates lead statuses in bulk |
| "Close the deal with Priya — she signed at $450K" | Marks the deal as Won with the specified value |
| "Merge the duplicate records for Robert Garcia" | Finds the duplicate leads and merges them into one |
| "How is my pipeline looking this week?" | Analyzes your deals, lead activity, and call volume, then summarizes key metrics and trends |
| "What should I focus on today?" | Reviews your leads, tasks, and upcoming meetings, then suggests priorities |
| "Summarize my calls from yesterday" | Pulls call recordings and transcripts, then highlights key outcomes and next steps |
Lead context awareness
When you open Cori from a lead detail page, she automatically has full context on that lead — their profile, conversation history, call recordings, notes, tags, deals, and activity timeline. You can ask questions or request actions without explaining who the lead is.
Action buttons
When Cori suggests an action (like sending a message, creating a lead, or updating a status), she shows action buttons below her response:
- Send — execute the action immediately (e.g., send the drafted SMS or email)
- Edit — modify the draft before executing
- Cancel — discard the suggestion without taking action
Cori never takes action without your explicit approval. Every message, update, or creation requires you to click a button to confirm.
Tips for better results
- Be specific — "Draft a text to Mike about the open house Saturday at 2pm" works better than "Text Mike."
- Use names — Cori can look up leads by name, phone number, or email.
- Ask follow-ups — Cori remembers the conversation context, so you can refine her responses with follow-up instructions like "Make it shorter" or "Add a call to action."
- Use from the lead page — opening Cori while viewing a lead gives her the richest context for that conversation.
