Your dashboard
The dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It gives you a snapshot of your day — stats, tasks, upcoming meetings, and a personalized greeting from Cori, your AI sales coach.
What you will see
The dashboard is designed to answer one question: what should I do right now? Everything on the page is actionable — click any card, task, or meeting to jump straight into it.
Stats cards
At the top of the dashboard, a row of cards shows your key numbers for today at a glance:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Calls today | Total calls you have made today, including connected and unanswered |
| Total leads | The number of active leads in your pipeline (excludes archived) |
| Hot leads | Leads currently scored as Hot — your highest-priority prospects |
| Tasks due | Tasks due today or overdue — click to jump to your task list |
Cori's daily greeting
Each time you open the dashboard, Cori greets you with a personalized message and highlights the most important action for your day. This might be a hot lead who needs a follow-up, an overdue task, or a campaign insight. The greeting adapts to your selling personality type — if you have completed the personality assessment, Cori tailors the tone and priorities to match your style.
Below the greeting, Cori surfaces priority items: unresponded messages, leads going cold, and upcoming meetings that need preparation.
Quick-add task widget
The task widget on the dashboard lets you create tasks without leaving the page. Type a task title, optionally set a due date and link it to a lead, and press Enter. The task appears in your list immediately.
- Tasks show in four views: Active, Due Today, Overdue, and Completed.
- Overdue tasks are highlighted in red so they stand out.
- Click the checkbox to mark a task complete — it moves to the Completed tab.
- Click a task to edit its details or navigate to the linked lead.
Upcoming meetings
A list of your scheduled meetings for today and the next few days appears on the dashboard. Each meeting card shows the title, time, and attendee. Click a meeting to view full details, add notes, or reschedule.
If you have connected Google Calendar, meetings from Google also appear here alongside meetings booked in Asan CRM.
Activity feed
The activity feed at the bottom of the dashboard shows a chronological log of recent actions across your account — calls made, emails sent, leads created, deals progressed, and tasks completed. For team accounts, admins see activity from all team members; agents see their own activity.
- Each activity entry is clickable — it takes you to the related lead, call log, or email.
- The feed refreshes automatically as new activity happens.
Making the most of your dashboard
- Start each day here. Cori's greeting and the stats cards give you a 10-second overview of where you stand.
- Use the task widget for quick capture. Jot down follow-ups as they come up during calls so nothing slips through.
- Check hot leads daily. The Hot leads count is your shortcut to the prospects most likely to convert right now.
- Review overdue tasks. Red means it needs attention — clear overdue items before starting new outreach.
