Setting up your account

From sign-up to your first call in under five minutes. Asan CRM walks you through a quick onboarding wizard so you can start selling the same day.

Before you begin

Asan CRM offers three plans to match your team size and workflow. Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial on the Pro plan — no credit card required. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings.

Your first US or Canadian phone number is free on every plan — you can search and claim it during onboarding or add one later from the Phone Numbers page.

Step-by-step setup

  1. Create your account. Go to app.asancrm.com/register/signup and enter your name, email, and password. You will receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account (see Verifying your email).
  2. Complete onboarding. The wizard asks for your business name and timezone. These are used for calling-hours enforcement, email signatures, and your workspace branding.
  3. Get a phone number (optional). Search by area code to find a local number. Your first number is free. If you skip this step you can add one later from Phone Numbers in the sidebar.
  4. Take the Cori tour. Cori, your AI sales coach, offers a guided walkthrough of the main features — dashboard, leads, dialer, and calendar. You can dismiss it and re-trigger the tour any time from Settings.
  5. Add your first leads. Manually create a lead, import a CSV, or connect Google Contacts. Once you have leads, you are ready to dial.

Your 30-day trial

The Pro trial unlocks every feature — power dialer, AI call coaching, email campaigns, Cori chat, and more. When the trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe. No data is lost; gated features simply become unavailable until you upgrade.

You do not need a credit card to start your trial. Add a payment method whenever you are ready in Settings → Billing & Subscription.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?+
No. The 30-day Pro trial is completely free and does not require payment information.
Can I change my business name or timezone later?+
Yes. Go to Settings → Company to update your business name, timezone, or other workspace details at any time.
What happens after the trial ends?+
Your account moves to the Free plan. All your data is preserved — you just lose access to Pro features until you subscribe.
Is my first phone number really free?+
Yes. Every user on every plan gets one US or Canadian local number at no charge. Additional numbers can be purchased from the Phone Numbers page.
Can I invite team members during the trial?+
Yes. Go to Users in the sidebar and click Invite. Team members you add during the trial also get full Pro access.
