Booking page (Scheduler)
Give leads and clients a personal booking page where they can pick an available time and schedule a meeting with you — no back-and-forth emails required.
Setting up your booking page
- Open the Scheduler. Click Scheduler in the left sidebar.
- Choose your username. Your booking page lives at
app.asancrm.com/book/[username]. Pick a short, professional username (e.g., your first name or company handle). - Add a welcome message. Write a short greeting that visitors see at the top of your booking page.
- Set your availability. Define which days and hours you are available for bookings. See Availability & sync for details.
- Create meeting types. Add at least one meeting type (e.g., "15-min intro call"). See Meeting types for the full guide.
Sharing your booking link
Your booking page URL is always app.asancrm.com/book/[username]. Share it anywhere:
- Email signature — add a "Book a time with me" link below your name.
- Social media — paste the link in your Instagram bio, LinkedIn profile, or Facebook page.
- Website — embed the link on your contact page or landing page.
- SMS & WhatsApp — drop the link in a text message during a conversation.
What the lead sees
When someone visits your booking page, the experience is simple and fast:
- Select a meeting type. If you offer multiple types (e.g., "Quick chat" vs "Full demo"), the lead picks one.
- Pick a date. A calendar shows available dates. Unavailable days are greyed out.
- Choose a time slot. Available times appear based on your availability settings and any existing calendar events.
- Enter their details. Name, email, and phone number. An optional notes field lets them add context.
- Confirm. The booking is confirmed instantly. Both you and the lead receive a calendar invite by email.
Automatic lead creation
When someone books through your scheduler and they are not already in your CRM, Asan automatically creates a new lead record with their name, email, and phone number. The meeting is linked to the lead's timeline so you have full context before the call.
If the person already exists as a lead (matched by email or phone), the booking is attached to their existing record — no duplicates.
Cori AI meeting prep briefs
Thirty minutes before a scheduled meeting, Cori AI sends you a prep brief that includes:
- A summary of all past interactions with the lead (calls, emails, notes)
- The lead's SMART score and key scoring signals
- Any open deals or tasks associated with the lead
- Suggested talking points based on previous conversations
Prep briefs appear as a notification in Asan and are also sent to your email so you can review them on the go.
