Booking page (Scheduler)

Give leads and clients a personal booking page where they can pick an available time and schedule a meeting with you — no back-and-forth emails required.

Setting up your booking page

  1. Open the Scheduler. Click Scheduler in the left sidebar.
  2. Choose your username. Your booking page lives at app.asancrm.com/book/[username]. Pick a short, professional username (e.g., your first name or company handle).
  3. Add a welcome message. Write a short greeting that visitors see at the top of your booking page.
  4. Set your availability. Define which days and hours you are available for bookings. See Availability & sync for details.
  5. Create meeting types. Add at least one meeting type (e.g., "15-min intro call"). See Meeting types for the full guide.
Preview your booking page anytime by clicking the Preview button in the Scheduler settings. Share the link only when you are happy with how it looks.

Sharing your booking link

Your booking page URL is always app.asancrm.com/book/[username]. Share it anywhere:

If you have multiple meeting types, each type has its own unique booking link that goes directly to that specific type.

What the lead sees

When someone visits your booking page, the experience is simple and fast:

  1. Select a meeting type. If you offer multiple types (e.g., "Quick chat" vs "Full demo"), the lead picks one.
  2. Pick a date. A calendar shows available dates. Unavailable days are greyed out.
  3. Choose a time slot. Available times appear based on your availability settings and any existing calendar events.
  4. Enter their details. Name, email, and phone number. An optional notes field lets them add context.
  5. Confirm. The booking is confirmed instantly. Both you and the lead receive a calendar invite by email.

Automatic lead creation

When someone books through your scheduler and they are not already in your CRM, Asan automatically creates a new lead record with their name, email, and phone number. The meeting is linked to the lead's timeline so you have full context before the call.

If the person already exists as a lead (matched by email or phone), the booking is attached to their existing record — no duplicates.

Combine the scheduler with lead scoring — leads who book meetings are automatically scored higher because they showed intent.

Cori AI meeting prep briefs

Thirty minutes before a scheduled meeting, Cori AI sends you a prep brief that includes:

Prep briefs appear as a notification in Asan and are also sent to your email so you can review them on the go.

Prep briefs are generated for all meetings with a linked lead — whether the meeting was booked via the scheduler, created manually, or detected by Cori during a call.

Frequently asked

Can leads cancel or reschedule their own bookings?+
Yes. The confirmation email includes links to reschedule or cancel. If they reschedule, you receive an updated invite automatically.
What if someone books outside my working hours?+
They cannot. The booking page only shows time slots that fall within your configured availability hours. Blocked times from Google Calendar sync are also hidden.
Can I require a phone number to book?+
Yes. In Scheduler settings, toggle Require phone number to on. This ensures every booking creates a lead with a dialable phone number.
Do prep briefs work for walk-in meetings?+
Prep briefs are triggered 30 minutes before any meeting that has a linked lead record, regardless of how the meeting was created.
Is there a limit on how many bookings I can receive?+
There is no limit on bookings. Your availability settings and buffer times between meetings naturally control how many slots are available each day.
