Daily briefing
Every morning, Cori prepares a personalized briefing with your most important priorities — so you always know what to tackle first.
Accessing your briefing
Go to Cori in the sidebar to see your daily briefing. The greeting at the top highlights your single most urgent item — the one thing you should handle before anything else.
The briefing refreshes every 30 minutes throughout the day, so it stays current as new activity comes in.
Briefing sections
| Section | What it contains |
|---|---|
| Priority actions | Unresponded messages, hot leads needing follow-up, upcoming meetings — your most time-sensitive items. |
| Newsletter engagement intel | Which leads opened or clicked your latest email campaign. These are warm contacts worth reaching out to today. |
| Pipeline stats | Deals currently in progress, projected close dates, and estimated pipeline value. |
| Cleanup suggestions | Stale leads with no recent activity, overdue tasks, and data quality issues Cori has spotted. |
| Activity streak | Your consecutive days of activity tracking — calls made, emails sent, and tasks completed. Builds momentum. |
Priority actions in detail
The Priority Actions section surfaces three types of urgent items:
- Unresponded messages — leads who sent you an SMS, email, or WhatsApp message that you have not yet replied to
- Hot leads needing follow-up — leads with a high SMART score that have not been contacted in the last 24–48 hours
- Upcoming meetings — any meetings or calls scheduled for today or tomorrow
Newsletter engagement intel
After you send a campaign through Asan's email tools, Cori tracks which leads engaged with it. The briefing shows:
- Leads who opened the campaign — they are paying attention
- Leads who clicked a link — they showed active interest in your content
These leads are primed for a follow-up call or message. Cori may also auto-draft follow-ups for the most engaged leads if you have Cori Agent enabled.
How often does it update?
The briefing is generated when you first open Cori each day, and it refreshes automatically every 30 minutes. If you check back in the afternoon, you will see updated priorities reflecting the morning's activity.
