Landing pages
Build custom landing pages to capture leads directly into your CRM — no external website builder required. Design, publish, and track conversions all from within Asan CRM.
Creating a landing page
- Click Landing Pages in the sidebar navigation.
- Click Create New Page. Give your page a name and choose a starting template or start from a blank canvas.
- Set your page URL. By default, your page is published on your Asan subdomain (e.g.,
yourcompany.asancrm.com/page-name). You can connect a custom domain later.
Visual editor
The drag-and-drop editor lets you build professional pages without any coding. Add, rearrange, and customize sections to match your brand:
- Hero banner — Large header with headline, subheadline, background image, and a primary call-to-action button.
- Features grid — Highlight your key selling points in a card grid layout with icons and descriptions.
- Testimonials — Showcase customer reviews with photos, names, and star ratings.
- Call-to-action buttons — Prominent buttons that scroll to a form, open a phone dialer, or link to an external URL.
- Text and image blocks — Free-form sections for any additional content you need.
Every section supports full customization of colors, fonts, spacing, and layout. Changes preview in real time as you edit.
Lead capture forms
The most important part of any landing page is the form. Forms created in the landing page editor feed directly into your Asan CRM leads list.
- Add a Form section to your page from the editor.
- Choose fields. Standard fields include name, email, phone, and a message box. You can also add custom fields that match your CRM setup.
- Set a thank-you action. After submission, you can show a thank-you message, redirect to another URL, or both.
- Configure lead assignment. Leads captured from this form can be assigned to a specific agent, added to a pipeline stage, or tagged automatically.
Custom domains
You can publish landing pages on your own domain for a professional, branded experience:
- Go to your landing page settings and click Custom Domain.
- Enter your domain (e.g.,
offers.yourbusiness.com). - Add the DNS record. Asan CRM provides a CNAME record to add at your domain registrar. Once propagated, your page is live on your custom domain.
- SSL is automatic. HTTPS is enabled automatically once the DNS record is verified.
Tracking and analytics
Every landing page comes with built-in analytics so you can measure performance without external tools:
- Page views — Total and unique visitors over time.
- Form conversion rate — Percentage of visitors who submitted the form.
- Traffic sources — See where visitors are coming from (direct, social, search, ads).
- Device breakdown — Desktop vs. mobile vs. tablet split.
