Landing pages

Build custom landing pages to capture leads directly into your CRM — no external website builder required. Design, publish, and track conversions all from within Asan CRM.

Creating a landing page

  1. Click Landing Pages in the sidebar navigation.
  2. Click Create New Page. Give your page a name and choose a starting template or start from a blank canvas.
  3. Set your page URL. By default, your page is published on your Asan subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.asancrm.com/page-name). You can connect a custom domain later.
Use descriptive page names like "Solar Panel Free Quote" or "Spring Open House" — the name is only visible to you internally and helps you find pages quickly.

Visual editor

The drag-and-drop editor lets you build professional pages without any coding. Add, rearrange, and customize sections to match your brand:

Every section supports full customization of colors, fonts, spacing, and layout. Changes preview in real time as you edit.

Lead capture forms

The most important part of any landing page is the form. Forms created in the landing page editor feed directly into your Asan CRM leads list.

  1. Add a Form section to your page from the editor.
  2. Choose fields. Standard fields include name, email, phone, and a message box. You can also add custom fields that match your CRM setup.
  3. Set a thank-you action. After submission, you can show a thank-you message, redirect to another URL, or both.
  4. Configure lead assignment. Leads captured from this form can be assigned to a specific agent, added to a pipeline stage, or tagged automatically.
Form submissions create leads instantly. If you have workflows set up, they fire on the new lead immediately — so you can auto-send a welcome SMS within seconds of capture.

Custom domains

You can publish landing pages on your own domain for a professional, branded experience:

  1. Go to your landing page settings and click Custom Domain.
  2. Enter your domain (e.g., offers.yourbusiness.com).
  3. Add the DNS record. Asan CRM provides a CNAME record to add at your domain registrar. Once propagated, your page is live on your custom domain.
  4. SSL is automatic. HTTPS is enabled automatically once the DNS record is verified.

Tracking and analytics

Every landing page comes with built-in analytics so you can measure performance without external tools:

Use UTM parameters on the links you share (e.g., ?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=paid) to track which ad campaigns are driving conversions. Asan CRM captures UTM data automatically.

Frequently asked

Can I duplicate an existing page?+
Yes. On the Landing Pages list, click the three-dot menu next to any page and select Duplicate. This creates an identical copy that you can edit independently — perfect for A/B testing different headlines or offers.
Is there a limit on how many pages I can create?+
There is no hard limit on the number of landing pages. Create as many as you need for different campaigns, products, or audiences.
Can I add my Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics?+
Yes. In the page settings, there is a Tracking Code section where you can paste your Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics tag, or any custom JavaScript snippet. It is injected into the page's head.
Will my page work on mobile devices?+
All landing pages are fully responsive by default. The editor shows a mobile preview so you can verify how sections look on smaller screens before publishing.
Can I unpublish a page without deleting it?+
Yes. Toggle the page status to Draft to take it offline. Visitors will see a 404 page, but all your content and analytics are preserved. Switch it back to Published when you are ready to go live again.
