Verifying your email

Email verification unlocks calling, SMS, email sending, and Cori AI. Without it, these features stay disabled — verify once and you are good to go.

Why verification is required

Asan CRM uses email verification to protect both you and the platform. Verified accounts can place calls through the power dialer, send SMS and email to leads, and chat with Cori. Unverified accounts are limited to viewing leads and exploring the interface — no outbound communication is possible.

Until you verify, a yellow banner appears at the top of every page reminding you to check your inbox. All communication features remain locked.

How to verify

  1. Check your inbox. After signing up, Asan CRM sends a verification email to the address you registered with. Look for a message from Asan CRM with the subject "Verify your email address."
  2. Click the verification link. The link opens Asan CRM in your browser and confirms your email instantly. No code to type — one click is all it takes.
  3. Start using all features. Once verified, the yellow banner disappears and calling, SMS, email, and Cori are unlocked immediately. No page refresh needed.

Did not receive the email?

If the verification email has not arrived within a few minutes, try these steps in order:

Gmail users: check the Promotions and Updates tabs — the verification email sometimes lands there instead of your Primary inbox.

Frequently asked

Can I use Asan CRM without verifying?+
You can browse leads and explore the interface, but all outbound communication (calls, SMS, email) and Cori AI are locked until you verify.
The verification link says it has expired — what do I do?+
Click "Resend verification email" on the yellow banner inside Asan CRM. A new link is generated and sent to your inbox immediately.
I verified but features are still locked. What is wrong?+
Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, log out and log back in. If it still does not work, contact support.
Can I change my email address after verifying?+
Yes. Go to Settings → Profile and update your email. You will need to verify the new address before it takes effect.
