Integrations overview
Connect third-party services to Asan CRM so your data flows automatically between the tools you already use — no manual imports, no copy-pasting.
Available integrations
Asan CRM ships with native integrations for the services sales teams rely on most:
| Integration | What it does | Sync direction |
|---|---|---|
| Google Calendar | Two-way sync of meetings and appointments between your Google Calendar and Asan CRM. | Two-way |
| Google Contacts | Import your Google contacts as leads. New contacts are pulled in on demand. | One-way (Google → Asan) |
| Facebook Lead Forms | Auto-import leads the moment someone submits your Facebook lead form ad. | One-way (Facebook → Asan) |
Connecting an integration
- Open Settings → Integrations. You will see a card for each available service.
- Click Connect next to the integration you want to enable.
- Authorize access. You will be redirected to the provider's OAuth screen (Google, Facebook, etc.). Grant the requested permissions to allow Asan CRM to read and write data on your behalf.
- Configure sync settings. After authorization, you are returned to Asan CRM where you can set specific options — which calendar to sync, which Facebook page to watch, or which contact groups to import.
Once connected, the integration card shows a green Connected badge. You can disconnect at any time by clicking Disconnect on the same card.
Google Calendar
The Google Calendar integration keeps your Asan CRM meetings and your Google Calendar in perfect sync. When you create a meeting in Asan, it appears on your Google Calendar — and when you add an event in Google Calendar, it shows in your Asan CRM calendar view.
- Supports multiple calendars — choose which calendar to sync during setup.
- Meeting updates (reschedule, cancel) sync both ways automatically.
- Attendees added in Google Calendar are matched to leads in your CRM when possible.
Google Contacts
Pull your existing Google contacts into Asan CRM as leads so you can start calling and emailing them right away.
- Connect your Google account from Settings → Integrations.
- Select contact groups to import, or import all contacts.
- Map fields. Asan maps name, email, and phone automatically. Custom fields can be mapped manually.
- Click Import. Contacts are created as leads. Duplicates are detected by email and phone — existing leads are not overwritten.
Facebook Lead Forms
When someone fills out a lead form on your Facebook or Instagram ad, the lead is created in Asan CRM instantly — no delay, no CSV export. You can route leads from different forms to different agents, and even fire an auto-SMS the moment the lead arrives.
For full setup instructions including field mapping and routing, see Facebook lead forms.
Webhooks for custom integrations
If you use tools that are not natively supported, webhooks let you push real-time event data from Asan CRM to any external URL. Every time something happens — a lead is created, a call ends, a deal moves stages — Asan sends a JSON payload to your endpoint.
This is how teams connect Asan CRM to Zapier, Make, custom dashboards, data warehouses, and internal tools.
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Webhooks tab.
- Click Add Webhook. Enter your destination URL and select the events you want to subscribe to.
- Test the webhook. Asan sends a sample payload so you can verify your endpoint is receiving data correctly.
For full details on events, payloads, retries, and troubleshooting, see Webhooks.
