Lead detail page

Every lead has a dedicated page that brings together their profile, communication history, notes, tasks, and AI insights in one place.

Opening the detail page

Click any lead row in the leads table or any lead card in the Kanban board to open their detail page.

Lead profile (left column)

The left column displays the lead's core information and custom fields. Every field is inline-editable — click any value to change it directly without opening a separate form.

Click the lead's status badge to change it instantly. If you override a SMART-scored status, auto-scoring pauses for that lead until you click Reset to Auto.

Quick action icons

At the top of the detail page, quick action icons let you reach the lead immediately:

Activity tabs

The main content area is organized into tabs. Each tab shows the full history of that interaction type with the lead:

TabWhat it shows
NotesInternal notes added by your team. Supports @mentions to notify colleagues.
TasksTasks linked to this lead with due dates and completion status.
CallsCall recordings, transcripts, duration, and AI coaching summaries.
EmailsSent and received emails with open/click tracking indicators.
SMSSMS conversation thread — sent and received messages in chronological order.
MeetingsScheduled and past meetings with notes and outcomes.

Adding notes with @mentions

Switch to the Notes tab and type in the text area. To notify a team member, type @ followed by their name — a dropdown appears for selection. The mentioned teammate receives an in-app notification linking directly to this lead.

Notes are internal only — your leads never see them. Use notes for handoff context, meeting prep, or flagging issues for your team.

Activity timeline

Below the tabs, the activity timeline shows every interaction with the lead in reverse chronological order — calls, emails, SMS, status changes, notes, and tasks. This gives you a complete picture of the relationship at a glance.
