Calendar overview
View all your meetings, calls, and scheduled events in one place. Switch between day, week, and month views to stay on top of your pipeline without leaving Asan.
Navigating the calendar
- Open the Calendar. Click Calendar in the left sidebar to open the calendar view.
- Move between dates. Use the left and right arrow buttons at the top to step forward or backward. Click Today to jump back to the current date.
- Search events. Use the search bar above the calendar to find a specific meeting by title, lead name, or description.
Day, week, and month views
Toggle between three views using the buttons in the top-right corner of the calendar:
| View | Best for |
|---|---|
| Day | Seeing your full schedule hour-by-hour. Ideal for busy days with back-to-back meetings. |
| Week | Planning your week at a glance. Default view when you open the calendar. |
| Month | Spotting gaps, trends, and overbooked weeks. Each day shows up to three events with a "+N more" overflow. |
Viewing meeting details
Click any event on the calendar to open a detail panel. The panel shows:
- Meeting title, date, time, and duration
- Attendees with links to their lead profiles
- Description, location, or video meeting link
- Quick actions: edit, reschedule, or cancel the meeting
If the meeting is linked to a lead, you can click through to their lead detail page directly from the panel.
Creating meetings from the calendar
Click any empty time slot on the day or week view to create a new meeting. The new meeting form pre-fills with the date and time you clicked. Fill in the title, duration, and attendees, then save. See Scheduling meetings for the full walkthrough.
Google Calendar sync
When you connect your Google Calendar, events sync both ways automatically:
- Meetings created in Asan appear in Google Calendar within seconds.
- Events from Google Calendar appear in your Asan calendar as read-only blocks.
- Busy times from Google are respected by your booking page so leads cannot double-book you.
To connect, go to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar and click Connect. See Availability & sync for detailed setup instructions.
