Cori Agent (auto follow-ups)
Cori Agent auto-drafts follow-up messages for your leads — you review and approve before anything sends.
Setting up Cori Agent
- Go to Settings in the sidebar.
- Click Cori Agent.
- Enable the channels you want Cori to draft follow-ups for: SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
- Set the maximum follow-ups per lead (default: 3). Cori will not draft more than this number of messages for a single lead before stopping.
- Set the follow-up schedule — the default timing is shown below.
Default follow-up schedule
After a lead's last contact, Cori drafts follow-ups on this schedule:

| 2nd follow-up | Day 3 after last contact | Provide additional value or ask a question to re-engage. |
| 3rd follow-up | Day 5 after last contact | Final outreach before pausing — a soft close or last-chance offer. |
You can customize the timing and number of follow-ups in Settings. Cori respects your schedule and will not draft outside of it.
How Cori scans for leads
Cori scans your lead database every 30 minutes looking for leads that match your follow-up schedule. When a lead is due for a follow-up, Cori drafts a personalized message based on:
- The lead's last conversation and its context
- The lead's status and engagement history
- The channel you have enabled (SMS, email, or WhatsApp)
Reviewing drafts
All drafts appear in the Cori Agent queue. For each draft, you can:
- Approve — sends the message immediately (or at the scheduled delivery time)
- Edit — modify the message before sending
- Skip — discard this draft without sending
- Snooze — push the draft back by 2 hours for later review
Newsletter auto follow-ups
Cori Agent integrates with your email campaigns to generate smart follow-ups based on newsletter engagement:
- Hot leads (opened and clicked) — Cori drafts a follow-up message 2 hours after the campaign sends, while interest is highest
- Opened but did not click — Cori drafts a follow-up 24 hours later with a different angle to re-engage
These drafts appear in the same Cori Agent queue for your review and approval.
Scheduled delivery times
Cori is aware of your calling hours and will schedule draft delivery within business hours. If a draft is approved outside of calling hours, it queues for the next available window.
