Referral program
Earn $25 in wallet credits for every person you refer who subscribes to a paid plan. There is no limit — refer as many people as you like.
How it works
The referral program rewards both you and the person you refer. Here is the process from start to finish:
- Copy your referral link. Find it in the Referral Program section of your sidebar.
- Share the link. Send it to colleagues, friends, or anyone who could benefit from Asan CRM.
- They sign up. When someone creates an account using your link, they are tagged as your referral.
- They subscribe. Once they subscribe to any paid plan (Pro or Business), the referral qualifies.
- Both accounts are credited. You receive $25 in wallet credits and your referral receives $25 in wallet credits. Both are applied automatically.
Wallet credits work just like topped-up funds — they cover overage charges, phone number costs, and any other wallet-billed usage. See Wallet & credits for details.
Sharing your link
Your unique referral link is available on the Referral Program page. You can share it anywhere:
- Email — send it directly to a colleague or include it in your email signature.
- Social media — post it on LinkedIn, Facebook, X, or any platform where your network hangs out.
- In person — mention Asan CRM at a networking event and share the link via text or QR code.
- Team Slack or WhatsApp — drop it in a group chat with other sales professionals.
Your referral link contains a unique code tied to your account. Make sure to share the full URL so the referral is properly attributed.
Tracking your referrals
The Referral Program page shows a dashboard with your referral activity:

|---|---|
| Referral | The name or email of the person who signed up using your link. |
| Date | When they created their account. |
| Status | Pending (signed up, not yet subscribed) or Qualified (subscribed to a paid plan). |
| Credit | The $25 credit amount, shown once the referral qualifies. |
You can also see your total earnings at the top of the page — the sum of all qualified referral credits.
Terms and conditions
- No limit. You can refer as many people as you want. Every qualified referral earns $25.
- Paid plan required. The referral must subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Business) for the credit to be awarded. Free plan signups do not qualify.
- First subscription only. Credits are awarded on the referral's first paid subscription. If they cancel and resubscribe later, no additional credit is given.
- Credits are non-transferable. Wallet credits cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another account.
- Self-referral prohibited. You cannot refer yourself or create duplicate accounts to earn credits.
- Credits never expire. Once awarded, referral credits remain in your wallet indefinitely.
Asan CRM reserves the right to revoke credits earned through fraudulent or abusive referral activity, including fake accounts or spam.
Frequently asked
When do I receive my credit?+
Credits are applied automatically as soon as the referred person subscribes to a paid plan and their first payment is confirmed. You do not need to take any action.
Does my referral also get $25?+
Yes. Both you and the person you referred receive $25 in wallet credits when they subscribe to a paid plan.
Can I see who I have referred?+
Yes. The referral dashboard in the sidebar shows all your referrals, their status (pending or qualified), and the credits earned.
What if someone signs up without using my link?+
The referral must use your unique link to create their account. If they sign up directly without the link, there is no way to retroactively attribute the referral.
Can I use referral credits to pay for my subscription?+
Referral credits are added to your wallet and cover overage charges, phone numbers, and other wallet-billed usage. Subscription payments are charged to your card on file separately.
